About Us
Barton Theatre Company is a non-profit making organisation. We pride ourselves on producing highly professional plays for our local community and enjoy ourselves in the process.
The group has been around since the early 1970's and a lot of people have come and gone in that time. We normally produce about 3 or 4 productions in a season usually culminating in a seasonal play or pantomime. Our season runs from January 1st to December 31st.
We meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00PM in St Michaels on Liverpool Road, Patricroft and are always keen to gain new members. So come along and have a look how a production is put together and maybe join in.
Rehearsal Venue Location
Peel Green Community Centre and Social Club (St Michaels) is located on Liverpool Road, Eccles about 400 yards from Junction 11 of the M60 on the left hand side. If you ask at the bar they will direct you to the community hall in the same building.
